This January 25, 26 and 27, the Pre\u00e1mbulo program<\/a> continues to captivate film lovers at the G\u00f3mez Miralles theater. Throughout the year, this cultural event has established itself as a window to enjoy quality national and international film productions.<\/p>\n\n

Pre\u00e1mbulo opening night: I Have Electric Dreams<\/em>.<\/h3>\n\n

On Thursday, January 25, at 7 p.m., Valentina Maurel’s multi-award-winning I Have Electric Dreams<\/a><\/em> will mark the start of performances. The story follows Eva, who faces the difficult decision to move in with her father in the midst of her mother’s proposed reform. Rated 18+, the film explores family complexities with a mix of humor and drama.<\/p>\n\n

Second Day: Orbit<\/em> and Family Exile<\/em>.<\/h3>\n\n

On Friday, January 26, starting at 7 p.m., the documentary “\u00d3rbita” by Clea Epelling. This story immerses us in a family that, as a result of the 1973 coup, is forced to leave Chile. Movingly, Clea embarks on a journey to Chile to discover the family’s past, exploring the sense of belonging and the impact of political events on future generations. A play recommended for all audiences.<\/p>\n\n

Family Saturday: The White Snake and Balad\u00ed Aldaia.<\/h3>\n\n

On Saturday, January 27, at 4 pm, the little ones can enjoy “The White Snake” by Amp Wong and Zhao Ji Ping (China, 2019). For those over 12 years old, at 7 pm, the documentary “Balad\u00ed Aldaia” by Ishtar Yasin Guti\u00e9rrez. This one, intertwines Arab and Latin American roots with a touching story between a father and daughter.<\/p>\n\n
