The Museums of the Central Bank of Costa Rica offer national and international visitors more time to enjoy culture in the capital. As part of the \u201cSummer at the Museum\u201d program, these institutions, located under the iconic Plaza de la Cultura, have extended their hours on Thursdays and Fridays from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., a measure that will remain in place until March 6.<\/a><\/p>\n\n

More than just a visit: a complete cultural experience<\/h3>\n\n

The program includes a varied schedule of cultural activities over the coming weeks. Of particular note are jazz performances, architectural tours of the building, Creole swing shows, and tastings.<\/p>\n\n

Also, Costa Rican residents can take advantage of a special benefit during extended hours: they pay for one ticket and can bring a companion with them at no additional cost.<\/p>\n\n

International visitors pay the regular admission price, but also enjoy extended hours to explore the galleries and exhibitions at their leisure.<\/p>\n\n
