Through a selection of international films, the festival explores the tensions, struggles, and contradictions that permeate the world of work: from precariousness to a loss of meaning, including difficult decisions that put human dignity at stake.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stories that confront the reality of work<\/h3>\n\n<p>The program brings together deeply human stories featuring characters grappling with demanding, unfair, or dehumanizing work environments.
