The ecotourism tour makes its way along the roads and the route. Indeed, you can observe the wonders of the jungle and wildlife around you, and really enjoy the beauty of the scenery. In the Barva Volcano Sector you will find four trails: Cacho Venado, Laguna Barva, Copey and Mirador Vara Blanca. These, with a total distance of 10 km and where you will enjoy the different types of forest that the site offers its visitors.&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p>Braulio Carrillo National Park has two sectors for public use: Quebrada Gonz\u00e1lez and Volc\u00e1n Barva, where services are provided to visitors.  Sector Ceibo is committed to protection and research.<\/p>\n\n<p>On the San Jos\u00e9 &#8211; Gu\u00e1piles highway you will be able to observe the panoramic beauties of the National Park. It is recommended to visit the Quebrada Gonz\u00e1lez Post, which has three trails through the rainforest.  These trails have interpretation stations and panoramic viewpoints: Las Palmas with a distance of 1.5 km; El Ceibo with a distance of 1 km and Botarrama with a distance of 2.5 km; you can also enjoy the viewpoint to the Sucio River.  &#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Monta\u00f1a Sagrada Natural Reserve&#13;\n<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"900\" height=\"506\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sensorialsunsets.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/41185342Master-edited.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4868\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.sensorialsunsets.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/41185342Master-edited.jpg 900w, https:\/\/www.sensorialsunsets.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/41185342Master-edited-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.sensorialsunsets.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/41185342Master-edited-768x432.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p>The Natural Reserve of Monta\u00f1a Sagrada has a great natural attraction; the main one is &#8220;Pozo Verde&#8221;, a volcanic lagoon of beautiful shades of sunshine, as well as lush areas of cloud forest, diversity of flora and fauna, important water springs, trails with access for the whole family, ample parking and fresh air. &#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p>You can observe a large number of birds, currently reported 144 species, including the Quetzal and the Goldfinch; you can observe some mammals, and at the end of this trail you will enjoy the breathtaking scenery that encloses &#8220;Pozo Verde&#8221;, the main attraction of the reserve. &#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Bajos del Toro<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"2500\" height=\"1406\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sensorialsunsets.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/back06-edited.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4877\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.sensorialsunsets.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/back06-edited.jpg 2500w, https:\/\/www.sensorialsunsets.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/back06-edited-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.sensorialsunsets.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/back06-edited-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.sensorialsunsets.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/back06-edited-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.sensorialsunsets.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/back06-edited-1536x864.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.sensorialsunsets.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/back06-edited-2048x1152.jpg 2048w, https:\/\/www.sensorialsunsets.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/back06-edited-1320x742.jpg 1320w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 2500px) 100vw, 2500px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p>Bajos del Toro Costa Rica is located in the central mountain area next to Juan Castro Blanco National Park. It is located between Poas and Rinc\u00f3n de la Vieja, only 90 minutes from San Jos\u00e9. &#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p>Moreover, this jungle area is also famous for its beautiful rivers, ponds and waterfalls. This area has unique and fascinating ecosystems unlike other parts of Costa Rica.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Four spots you have to visit in Bajos del Toro&#13;\n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rio Agrio Waterfall: when you get to the waterfall, you will receive the acid or sour breeze, hence the origin of its name, as this river contains minerals from the Poas volcano.&#13;\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ca\u00edda del Cielo Waterfall: the name of this waterfall alludes to its shape and the color of its water that seems stolen from the sky. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hidden Treasure Waterfall: camping, eating delicious food, visiting the trails, visiting the waterfall, swimming in other pools or climbing to the famous viewpoint of the Gota, it&#8217;s what you have to do.&#13;\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pozas Celestes: its accessibility is super good, since you only have to walk 500 m from the parking lot to get there.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nauyaca Waterfalls &#13; Nauyaca waterfalls offer a great eco-tourism feeling for nature lovers.
