March 21 is a day to celebrate poetry and its power to inspire and unite people of all cultures. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

World Poetry Day is an annual event that celebrates the art of writing and performing poetry around the world. It was declared by UNESCO in 1999 to recognize poetry’s unique ability to capture the creative spirit of our shared humanity.<\/p>\n\n\n

It seeks to bring together people from different backgrounds and cultures who are passionate about writing and reading poetry.
