Italian Film Festival: Third Edition at Cine Magaly

From April 24 to 27, the Cine Magaly will be decked out to host the third edition of the Italian Film Festival, an unmissable event for lovers of Italian cinema and culture. Organized with the support of the Italian Embassy in Costa Rica, the festival will offer an exquisite selection of contemporary films completely free of charge and with no prior registration required.
The opening will take place on Wednesday, April 24 at 6:30 p.m. with a wine reception courtesy of the Embassy, followed by the screening of the acclaimed film Vermiglio, directed by Maura Delpero. This film won the Silver Lion at the Venice Film Festival and was nominated for an Oscar, establishing itself as an essential piece of contemporary cinema.
Over the course of the four-day event, the festival will present a total of four masterpieces of contemporary Italian cinema, each with screenings scheduled throughout the festival.
